Refund policy

Claim: Upon acceptance, in good order, by the carrier from The Power Gripz, the material becomes the consignee's property. All claims for damage or losses (concealed or obvious) must be made by the consignee to
the carrier in accordance with ICC regulations.

Returns: To return merchandise, contact The Power Gripz Customer Service at 877.271.0444 or 216.285.9030 to
request an RMA Number. Merchandise cannot be returned without an RMA Number. There is a 20%
restocking fee for returned merchandise that is not defective. A RMA # (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number must be created and sent from The Power Gripz Management at The Power Gripz,
LLC offices. This RMA# must be visible on the OUTSIDE of the returned box and referenced with
an enclosure with the RMA# visible. If it is an exchange, The Power Gripz will ship you the
replacement item(s) within 5-7 business days for items in stock at the time of return. Defective item(s)
will either be credited upon return or replaced per the customer's request. All returned merchandise not defective must be returned in original packaging, with receipt and/or PO# referenced. The Power
Gripz will issue a credit memo if returned gloves are received within 90 days of purchase with the original
receipt and or PO# referenced and an RMA# from The Power Gripz and 1) were subject to fair treatment,
2) stored correctly, 3) shipping charges are prepaid. Non-defective returns may be subject to a 20%
restocking fee.
